Gianna - 3 Months

Gianna is 3 Months already!  Babies change so much during those first few months of life - and Gianna is no exception.  I'm not sure I would have recognized her if I had just seen her out and about somewhere.  She is so alert and aware now - and was in such a good mood the whole time I was there with such a sweet smile.  She also had not only Mom, Dad, brother, and sister there to take pictures with her, but grandparents, aunt, and cousin too.  What a lucky gal!

How crazy is that?  I can't believe she's one and I know Mom and Dad can't believe it either.  I have had so much fun photographing this little girl over the past year and she continues to get cuter and cuter!

The Hill Family

I am always grateful to be able to take portraits for families because I know how important it is to capture those memories for yourself and for your kids and loved ones.  I was especially honored to capture this special family's portraits recently.  Although you see 5 people in the portrait below, this is actually a family of 6.  The boys are two out of three triplets born earlier this year.  Their brother, Christopher Patrick, died shortly before birth.  Needless to say, this has been a trying year for them all with a lot of emotional highs and lows but they have handled everything with a strength of spirit that is truly amazing.  These are the first professional portraits they've had taken and I really wanted to make sure the family was fully represented.

 The last time Mom and Dad heard Christopher Patrick's heartbeat was on St. Patrick's Day.  The shamrock on Mom's wrist is in his memory.

Emmanuel and Family

We had some amazing light when I photographed this beautiful family. Big brother was so excited to be in the park and new baby Lucas was as calm and snuggly as could be.  Dad Emmanuel is a handyman by trade, so if you ever need any work done around the house, give him a call!

 This is one of my favorites.  And Mom looks amazing!
