Ken & Jackie - The Engagment (Dallas Portrait Photographer)

 Last week I experienced a photographic first for me - I shot Ken and Jackie's engagement session completely in bars.  It was great hanging out with this couple and watching their easy interaction with each other.  I am so excited about the way these photos turned out and I hope you enjoy them too!

Lorelai is One!

Every time I do a series of First Year sessions with any of my clients, I am always shocked by how quickly the year goes by and how quickly these little ones grow up!  Here is little Lorelai's 1st Year photo shoot.  She made her debut here just about a year ago and she has changed and grown so much since then.  What a beautiful little girl she is!!

Ethan's Heart Birthday

Here's another one of my favorite families who have graced this blog many times.  This last session was a particularly special one as it marked the one year anniversary of 3-year-old Ethan's heart transplant - his "heart birthday".  It's hard to believe that just a little over a year ago, this family spent most of their time in the hospital.  Today, you would never know he has ever had anything wrong with him from the way he runs around!

I also had the chance to photograph Rose, class of 2014, this past weekend.  I love watching a person get more comfortable in front of my camera as our session progresses, and Rose did so very quickly!  We had a great shoot and here are some of my favorites...
