Dilan

I spent yesterday evening with Anil, Christine, and their beautiful new baby boy Dilan. I always forget how much I love taking newborn photos and hearing that newborn cry!!

I'm not sure what it is about this photo but I especially love it. Whenever Anil would hold Dilan, he often did so like this and would kiss him on the forehead. It was so tender and loving - a very beautiful expression of a father's love I think.

8 Months

William is eight months and today we did something different. I babysat my friend Mandi's daughter Shelby who is 11 months old for almost the whole day, so we got to work on sharing and not pulling people's noses off. They both seemed to enjoy themselves for the most part, with brief moments of jealousy here and there, but I think it was fun for them and it was for me for sure.
