Oklahoma!

Busy, busy, busy! Last weekend my mom flew to Dallas and she, William, and I drove to Oklahoma to see my grandparents again. They haven't seen him since New Year's so he is quite a bit different. He had a great time cruising around on Bobi's walker and for some reason he LOVED sticking his hands in the water in the washer as it was filling up.

Anyway, I was home for two days, and now I just arrived in California to sing for a wedding with Collegium, so I will try to post some pics from here in the next couple days.

Evangeline Cecilia Rae (what a mouthful!!)

I'm an aunt again!! Thomas and Vic gave birth to a beautiful baby girl July 29 at 5:12 pm. Our niece Sienna was born while we were living in Rome, so this is the first birth we've been present for besides William's and it was exciting!!

I can take no credit for this picture. Jonathan was trying to get me to adjust the settings on my camera one-handed while I held Evangeline for the first time. I guess my hands can't do what they need to if they're not together, but I had the shutter speed WAY too fast and when I lightened the exposure on Photoshop, this was the result....and I really like it! I may have to start using this technique more often!
