My grandma, known to us as Bobi (czech for Grandma), passed away the weekend before last. It has been a sad week but a good week. Bobi passed away after suffering from years of debilitating back pain and although her death was not unexpected, I still don't think any of us were really ready for it. We just got back into town after attending the funeral and a week spent with my grandpa and I feel that I should pay homage to her as I can - through pictures. Last year I decided to go through and scan some of my grandparents' photos and the photos below are from those. Most of them I had never seen before and I felt they helped me get to know Bobi a little better as a person rather than just a grandma.
